1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using this website, submitting an inquiry, scheduling a consultation or engaging True Block Consulting for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions to the extent applicable to your interaction with us.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or engage our services.

Additional terms may apply where you enter into a separate consultation agreement, investigation agreement, statement of work, proposal or other written agreement with True Block Consulting.

If a separate written agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the separate agreement will govern the applicable paid engagement to the extent of that conflict.

2. Our services

True Block Consulting provides cryptocurrency-focused consulting and investigative services.

Services may include:

• Crypto scam assessments
• Blockchain transaction tracing and analysis
• Wallet and transaction activity review
• Investigation reports
• Transaction timelines and supporting documentation
• Ongoing monitoring of selected public blockchain addresses
• Consultations concerning available blockchain evidence and potential next steps

The exact scope of any paid investigation or monitoring engagement will be agreed upon separately before that work begins.

3. No guarantee of recovery

Blockchain analysis may help identify transaction paths, document the movement of funds and identify potential interactions with cryptocurrency exchanges, services or other blockchain entities where supported by available evidence.

However, recovery may depend on circumstances beyond our control, including the location and status of assets, applicable law, legal proceedings, exchange cooperation, law-enforcement involvement, third-party actions and other factors.

Payment for our services is payment for the professional work performed and is not contingent upon asset recovery.

4. No ability to freeze or reverse transactions

True Block Consulting cannot freeze cryptocurrency wallets, prevent blockchain transactions, reverse transactions or independently seize assets.

Monitoring services provide information about qualifying blockchain activity. Monitoring does not stop, delay or prevent a transaction from occurring.

5. Wallet ownership and attribution

Blockchain addresses are generally pseudonymous and do not automatically identify the person or organization controlling them.

True Block Consulting may identify relationships, transaction patterns, service interactions or other relevant information where supported by available data.

We do not guarantee that the identity of a wallet owner, sender, recipient or other party can be established.

6. Information and evidence

Our work may rely on information provided by you, publicly available blockchain data, third-party information, blockchain analytics resources and other relevant sources.

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Investigation findings may change if additional or contradictory evidence later becomes available.

We may decline to rely on information that appears unreliable, incomplete, manipulated or inappropriate for the requested analysis.

7. Wallet security

True Block Consulting does not require access to your cryptocurrency wallet to perform blockchain analysis.

Your wallet and account credentials must remain under your control.

8. Initial consultations

The current fee for an initial consultation is $145 USD, unless otherwise communicated before booking.

An initial consultation may be used to discuss your situation, available information and whether additional investigation, reporting or monitoring services may be appropriate.

Payment for a consultation does not guarantee that True Block Consulting will accept a subsequent investigation or other engagement.

Any applicable cancellation, rescheduling or refund terms provided at the time of booking will form part of the consultation arrangement.

9. Investigation pricing

Blockchain investigations, investigation reports and monitoring services are generally priced according to the scope and complexity of the work.

Relevant factors may include:

• Number of wallet addresses
• Number and complexity of transactions
• Blockchain networks involved
• Complexity of transaction paths
• Amount of investigative analysis required
• Documentation and reporting requirements
• Monitoring duration or frequency

Before paid investigative work begins, the applicable scope, expected deliverables and pricing will be communicated and agreed upon in writing.

10. Additional or out-of-scope work

If additional analysis becomes necessary beyond the originally agreed scope, True Block Consulting may propose additional work and fees.

We will not intentionally proceed with material additional paid work outside the agreed scope without discussing the change with you.

11. Payments

Payments may be processed through Stripe, Calendly-integrated payment tools or another approved payment provider.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay agreed fees when due.

Investigation payment schedules, deposits, milestones or other payment terms may be included in the applicable proposal, invoice or service agreement.

12. Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling

Refund, cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the service.

The specific terms communicated during booking, invoicing or within a written service agreement will govern the applicable engagement.

Fees for investigative work already performed, professional time already incurred or completed deliverables may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable service agreement.

13. Investigation reports

Investigation reports are prepared based on the agreed scope and information reasonably available at the time of the analysis.

Reports may contain transaction information, investigative observations, timelines, wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, service touchpoints, limitations and other relevant information.

Reports should be considered in context and should not be interpreted as guaranteeing a legal conclusion, identity attribution, asset recovery or action by any exchange, authority, court or third party.

14. Use of reports by third parties

You may choose to provide a report or other information prepared by True Block Consulting to exchanges, financial institutions, legal advisers, law-enforcement agencies or other appropriate parties.

True Block Consulting cannot control or guarantee how a third party will interpret, accept or act upon information provided to it.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we do not undertake responsibility for representing you before a court, regulator, exchange, bank, law-enforcement agency or other third party.

15. Monitoring services

Monitoring may involve observing selected public blockchain addresses for activity meeting agreed criteria.

Blockchain monitoring is informational in nature and does not guarantee that every relevant transaction, event or development will be detected or reported immediately.

Monitoring cannot freeze, reverse, block or delay cryptocurrency transactions.

16. No legal, financial or investment advice

True Block Consulting is not providing legal, investment, tax or financial advice through this website or through blockchain-investigation services unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate professional engagement.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer, accountant, financial professional or other regulated adviser.

Where legal action, regulatory reporting, tax advice or other professional advice may be appropriate, you should consult a suitably qualified professional.

17. No law-enforcement or government affiliation

True Block Consulting is an independent consulting business and is not a law-enforcement agency, government authority, cryptocurrency exchange, financial institution or court.

References to exchanges, authorities, legal advisers or other organizations do not imply affiliation, endorsement or authority to act on their behalf.

18. Client responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Provide information that you know to be false or materially misleading
• Ask True Block Consulting to obtain unauthorized access to wallets, accounts, devices or systems
• Request services for an unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent our findings or reports
• Modify a report in a manner that falsely represents our conclusions
• Represent that True Block Consulting guarantees recovery or enforcement action

We reserve the right to decline or terminate an engagement where we reasonably believe the requested work is unlawful, deceptive, abusive or outside our professional scope.

19. Confidentiality and privacy

We seek to handle client and prospective-client information responsibly and in accordance with applicable obligations.

Information submitted through this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy .

Additional confidentiality terms may apply under a separate written service agreement.

20. Third-party platforms and services

Our website and business may use third-party services such as Squarespace, Formspree, Google, Calendly and Stripe.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, security events, policy changes or other acts or omissions of independent third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

21. Website information

We aim to keep information on this website accurate and useful, but website content is provided for general informational purposes.

Cryptocurrency networks, laws, regulations, investigative methods, technologies and third-party platforms may change over time.

We do not guarantee that every statement on this website will remain complete, current or applicable to every situation.

22. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, written materials, report formats, graphics and other original materials created by True Block Consulting are owned by or licensed to True Block Consulting.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our materials without permission, except as expressly permitted by law or an applicable client agreement.

A client may use an investigation report for legitimate purposes relating to the matter for which it was prepared, subject to the applicable service agreement.

23. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, True Block Consulting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from use of this website or services, including lost profits, lost opportunities or losses resulting from decisions made by third parties.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Any additional limitations of liability applicable to professional services may be set out in the written agreement governing that engagement.

24. No guarantee of third-party action

True Block Consulting cannot guarantee that an exchange, bank, law-enforcement agency, lawyer, regulator, court or other organization will respond to, accept or act upon our findings.

Decisions made by third parties are outside our control.

25. Termination or refusal of service

We reserve the right to decline, suspend or terminate services where reasonably necessary, including where:

• The requested service is outside our professional scope
• Required information is not provided
• Payment obligations are not met
• We reasonably suspect unlawful or abusive use of our services
• A conflict of interest exists
• Continuing the engagement would be inappropriate or impracticable

Any payment consequences following termination will be handled according to the applicable service agreement, work completed and applicable law.

26. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, pricing, business practices, technologies or legal obligations.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

28. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising from the use of this website will be governed by the laws applicable to True Block Consulting's place of business, without limiting any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer or privacy legislation.

Paid consulting or investigative engagements may contain a more specific governing-law or dispute-resolution provision in the applicable written agreement.
